Title & Registration

Contact the DMV or go to their web page and get a form then request that a DMV officer come out to your location and inspect the vehicle. At that time they will issue you a vin number and tag the car with that vin embossed on a metal tag. With that and the insurance go to the tag office. The form needed is T-22B and I believe the cost is $50.

Emissions

Required if in the covered counties of *Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, Paulding and Rockdale.

Exempt for the 1st 3 years even if in one of the above areas.

OBD II test and a fuel cap test.
